PWR Walk

PWR Walk at home 

 

Our PWR walk class is a 30 Min at walking at home class!

 

The routine utilises basic walking movements such as walking in place, punching air,  high knees and box steps. We also incorporate small hand weights  

 

Each class earns you about 3,000 steps and gets your heart rate up in a fun walk of low impact cardio set to some fabulous music
