This programme runs for 14 sessions over 7 weeks!
This means we will meet twice a week to really go indepth into your peri/menopause journey.
Plus you week be supported in your pelvic floor journey with a power homework system.
We will combine one, 45 min menopause education and coaching session with 1 60 min pelvic floor exercise programmes each week for 7 weeks
Monday 8pm - Menopause education and coaching session
Wednesday 8pm - Pelvic Floor Strenghtening programme
